Voted by Wines of Chile as "Winery of the Year 2016", Emiliana is one of Chile's most exciting producers and pioneers in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Although huge, (997 hectares under vine!) Emiliana manage to make wine while adhering to the same principles that a small natural grower would hold dear. The resulting wines are approachable and fruit driven but none the less excellent examples of their style.
The grapes were grown organically in Rapel Valley, Chile. The nose has jasmine tea notes with white pepper supported by a fine sandy structure. On the palate there are bright floral and mineral notes with a lingering spicy ginger and exotic fruit finish.
