Voted by Wines of Chile as "Winery of the Year 2016", Emiliana is one of Chile's most exciting producers and pioneers in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Although huge, (997 hectares under vine!) Emiliana manage to make wine while adhering to the same principles that a small natural grower would hold dear. The resulting wines are approachable and fruit driven but none the less excellent examples of their style.
Carmenere is Chile's signature red variety, a relative of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, it impresses with bold fruit, spice and herbal aromas. Smooth and rich, the Adobe Carmenere brings together plum and blackcurrant fruit with toasty oak, hints of coffee and white pepper.
