Formerly the Pilar Aranda sherry house, founded in 1850, this historic sherry producer was purchased by famous Jerez-born bullfighter Alvaro Domecq in 1999. Committed to maintaining the tradition of his hometown's iconic wine styles and the history of the estate he took over, the sherries produced at this house are of the highest quality.

Selected barrels of Manzanilla from Sanlucar aged in the solera system for an average of four years. Fresh and marine aroma of green olives and sea spray. alongside a subtle richness recalling almond and sourdough bread. Dry and refreshing on the palate with a lingering salinity to the finish, perfect for drinking with anchovies, cured meats and hard cheeses.
