Château Cissac is a family-owned estate in Bordeaux's Haut-Médoc appellation, passed down through five generations of the Vialard family since Louis Vialard inherited it in 1940. Winemaker Laurent Saint Pasteur collaborates with the family on their 65-hectare vineyard, which features a classic blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. Château Cissac is committed to blending modern techniques with tradition, ensuring a harmonious balance between both approaches.
Château Cissac is a classic Cru Bourgeois wine from the Haut-Médoc. The 2009 vintage, regarded as exceptional, is crafted from a traditional blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, and 8% Petit Verdot.
