Founded in Aÿ in 1893, Collery released its first vintage in 1895 and earned a Gold Medal in Paris by 1904. Since then, the estate has been dedicated to producing exceptional Champagne, delighting connoisseurs and sparkling wine enthusiasts alike. Cellar Master Julien Lefevre, born and raised in Champagne, brings extensive experience from working with multiple Champagne houses, blending wines in both vats and barrels to achieve perfect balance.

The initial aroma is intense, featuring red fruit syrup notes like raspberry and black cherry, along with apple jelly. As it opens up, delicate hints of toast and salinity emerge.
