Started in 2010, Noah is part of the new generation of winemakers in northern Piedmont. The grapes for this come from a small parcel in the Mesola region. It's a blend of Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina which is aged in stainless steel for 6 months.
Fresh, medium-bodied and packed with red cherry strawberry and wild herb aromas. Delivers all of the charm of more prestigious Nebbiolo wines but with a more open and approachable structure. A delicious pairing with charcuterie and cheese boards or a rich mushroom risotto.
