Jean-Christophe bott took control of the estate in 1993, he then converted to biodynamic production in 2002. He and his team tend 15 hectares around southern Alsace. The Elements series is about creating elegant wines to pair with food.
Complex, ripe nose. This wine is intense, yet light and slender on the palate. Fresh acidity with Peach and apricot flavours.
Pairs well with Chinese duck, strong cheeses (Chambertin, Epoisses, Roquefort…) desserts with sweetness and acidity such as lemon or rhubarb pie
