Jean-Christophe Bott took control of the estate in 1993 , he then converted it to biodynamics in 2002. They tend 15 hectares around southern Alsace. The Elements series is about creating elegant wines to pair with food.
Always one of our favourite Alsatian Rieslings, this is a dry style with wonderful depth of flavour and rich ripe fruits. Another warm, dry vintage in 2022 has resulted in a wine rich in golden apple and peach, with hints of spices and minerality. The pure and noble acidity in the finish maintains freshness, perfect for pairing with pork dishes or oily fish.
