Founded in 1965 and now run by Bruno's son Francois, his wife Regine and their son Antoine, this is a domaine with a reputation for rich, spicy and complex white wines. They work with a patchwork of terroirs around their home village of Eguisheim to complement their different grape varieties, always with low yields to encourage depth and concentration.
Always a very gastronomic wine, the Pinot Gris is packed with creamy orchard and stone fruits with hints of spice and honey. Dry but broad on the palate, with a hint of minerality keeping it fresh. Try this with roasted pork or strong and creamy cheeses.
