At Exton Park, Reserve Blend is their signature style. The RB range draws on a 10 year library of reserve wines that have been curated and stored at the winery since 2011. Winemaker, Corinne Seely, composes the blends from a huge variety of flavours captured from their 60 acre single vineyard each year.
Pale gold in the glass, the Blanc de Noirs opens with notes of freshly baked brioche and a touch of lime tree blossom, moving to rich rounded fruit and a long, delicately spiced finish.
Please note, this wine has been aged under cork for several years in our cellar, it will have a different flavour profile to the current release. They may display a deeper colour and more savoury characteristics. It is rare to find English sparkling wines with this age, they are sold as seen, as they are irreplaceable.
