Infusing gin with Riesling from the historic Saar region is an idea that sounds a little crazy but the results are outstanding. Ferdinand's also use local botanicals from the region, including some grown in the vineyards among the vines.
The juniper is balanced with lots of fragrant lemongrass, lavender and floral vanilla notes. A gentle and smooth body leads into a very long finish with touches of Saar Riesling's trademark slate minerality
