Classic London Dry Gin distilled in their own distillery in North Chailey Sussex. Using locally grown coriander seed and lavender and water from their own well. Together with 6 other botanicals, the Gin is smooth, with Juniper and Citrus and has a spicy finish – perfect in a G&T and marvellous in a dry martini!
