This is a very clean and pure Chardonnay, a far cry from coconutty oak bombs of California's past. Bright aromas of lemon zest and grapefruit mingle with subtle toast and hazelnut notes. The fine acidity brings the palate together, it is long and silky with plenty of depth and definition. It makes a wonderful partner for garlic prawns, or chicken with tarragon sauce.
