A delightful blend of 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Cinsault, 20% Syrah from dryland bush vines in the Swartland.
The 80% whole cluster fermentation brings a complex perfume of bright fruit, black peppercorns, floral notes and sweet spices.
A vibrant wine thanks to a light extraction. Once matured for 10 months in old French barrels the wine is bottled unfined with coarse filtration.
