Cantina Terlano is a producer we've worked with for a long time. They were founded in 1893 in Italy's Alto Adige region, situated in the north east, just south of the Austrian Alps. The Cantina specialise in Weissburgunder (Pinot Bianco), making a diverse range of different styles. White peach, cut grass and stony mineral aromas lead into a palate that while packed with flavour retains an ethereal lightness. Delicious with or without food, it is a wine that also has a remarkable capacity to age if you can resist it now!

This Domaine originates in Santenay in southern Burgundy, in 2009 he converted the site fully to biodynamics. His whites are where he really excels, these are extremely approachable when young but the top crus benefit from 4-5 years of bottle ageing. A delicate and distinguished wine, greeny-gold in colour. Made from 100% Chardonnay from vines over 50 years old, this is a very fine wine but well balanced and easy drinking. Hazelnut, toasted almond and mineral notes with a clean acidity keeping you going back form more. Perfect with seafood or white meats.

Domaine du Clos Frantin, is an exquisite 18th-century estate nestled in the heart of Nuits-Saint-Georges within the renowned Côte de Nuits wine region. At Domaine du Clos Frantin, they champion the principle of sustainability and environmentally conscious practices. In their commitment to preserving the land, they have replaced the use of fertilizers and herbicides with compost and ploughing techniques. This charming wine features predominant fruity aromas of blackcurrant and wild red berries. Velvety and silky, this wine has a soft, balanced structure on the palate, which ends with a delicately perfumed finish. Enjoy this wine with roasted or grilled meats, poultry and aged cheeses.

Château Cissac is a family-owned estate in Bordeaux's Haut-Médoc appellation, passed down through five generations of the Vialard family since Louis Vialard inherited it in 1940. Winemaker Laurent Saint Pasteur collaborates with the family on their 65-hectare vineyard. Château Cissac is committed to blending modern techniques with tradition, ensuring a harmonious balance between both approaches. A classic Cru Bourgeois wine from the Haut-Médoc. The 2009 vintage, regarded as exceptional, is crafted from a traditional blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, and 8% Petit Verdot. This medium-bodied wine features refined tannins and layers of flavour, including cassis, cedar, tobacco, and subtle hints of pencil shavings.

An impressive vintage due to a wet Winter and Spring followed by a very hot August. There was a high concentration and sweetness and low acidity, resulting in a rich and powerful port. Native port grape varieties are foot trodden in traditional lagares. The wine retains a deep and youthful colour, the nose has intense black fruit characters, with notes of sweet spices, liquorice and vanilla. The palate has structure and concentration, with rich, ripe plum and cherry flavours, more spice and firm tannins.
