The Chenin Blanc is sourced from two sites, a warmer old-vine vineyard on granite in Paarl and a cooler site in Stellenbosch. After gentle whole-bunch pressing the juice is fermented spontaneously in neutral French oak barrels.
There is stunning balance here of rich creaminess with vivacious energy and freshness, wild flowers and minerality coming together in a superb total package.
