Sourced from cool vineyards around the Western Cape, this is a wonderfully smooth, juicy and drinkable example of South Africa's signature red variety. Great with burgers, barbecues or sticky marinated tofu or aubergines.
Aromas of ripe red berries and cherries, hints of coffee and woodsmoke. Rounded and soft on the palate, the tannins softened by 3 months ageing in old oak barrels. Lingering notes of soft red fruits with a nice juiciness to the finish. Superb value for money!
