We love Quinta de la Rosa's fruity, peppery extra virgin olive oil nearly as much as we love their gorgeous vintage port.
It's made with the same care and attention to detail from olives grown organically among the Quinta's vines in the Douro Valley and it's great for everything from marinades to dressing salads to drizzling over pasta and fish dishes.
Actually, our favourite thing to do with it is pour out a big glug, rip off a chunk of good fresh bread and start dipping.
