This mature Tempranillo from Mallorca comes from the best vineyards of the Serra de Tramuntana. Organic viticulture which focuses on varietal strains and the terroir of the two hectare site.
The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before fermentation at low temperatures for a minimum of 30 days in stainless steel vats and kept in their lees for five months, it is then gently filtered and bottled.
A lovely deep cherry red colour. The nose shows a beautiful balance of complex red fruits and minerals, leading to a nicely rounded palate that is elegant and textured. The finish is long with well-balanced acidity
