As experts in still wine crafting, the majority of the output at Stopham revolves around captivating white wines crafted from Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, and Bacchus grape varietals. Additionally, they produce sparkling wines using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Nestled within the breath-taking landscapes of West Sussex, the vineyard contributes to the stunning scenery of the South Downs National Park. Sustainability is a core part of their winemaking ethos and includes utilising the estates cattle for fertiliser and encouraging local biodiversity as natural pest control.
Stopham's Pinot Gris is recognised as one of the best white wine examples in England, consistently winning the best still white award at the independent English wines awards (IEWA) competition.
