Situated in the Val do Salnes in the heart of Rias Baixas, Terras de Compostela craft stunning Albarino with the influence of the Atlantic ocean. The wines are made with the utmost care and attention; vines are trained on the traditional pergola system of the region, grapes are hand-harvested and sorted and the wines are allowed a long rest on the fine lees before release.
The result is a fine and elegant white wine with lemon zest and peach fruit, marked by its minerality typical of this coastal region. A crisp and dry palate with soft but firm acidity makes for a splendid partner to any seafood, particularly shellfish or sole.
