Awarded "Newcomer Winery of the Year" by Platter’s Wine Guide 2022, No skin contact, just pure, pretty, Sémillon that stands out with it's pithy and citrus-laden character, coupled with intense notes of cut grass and lemongrass. Structurally this is bright, with bag of freshness and a wonderful concentration of fruit. Jancis Robinson praised it for being more substantial than most Sémillon, making it a perfect choice for a warm day at a well-stocked outdoor table. Robinson notes, "Well made! Should develop well." This wine offers not just refreshment, but depth, with potential to evolve beautifully over time.
