Vina Robles was founded by two Swiss gentlemen who came across Paso Robles in the 1980s and decided to put down roots and craft wines which represent a bridge between old and new world styles.
The Estate wines are certified as Sustainable (SIP) and although heavily influenced by traditional, European wine making, they have introduced modern technology.
The wine spends 20 months in French, Hungarian and American oak producing a profile of dark, boysenberry fruit, chocolate and allspice. Chewy tannins and a supple finish.
