A non-alcoholic drink that genuinely appeals to drinkers too? We weren't convinced such a thing existed... until Botivo came along! Made from a base of aged apple cider vinegar, with organic wildflower honey and a selection of botanicals including wormwood and rosemary. The outcome is a deliciously concentrated bittersweet aperitivo, with a flavour profile similar to high quality vermouth.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
