From Casa Relvas, the producer behind the delicious Sao Miguel, this is a delicious fresh white named after the Ciconia Ciconia storks that populate their local Alentejo countryside. A blend of local grapes Antao Vaz and Verdelho with Viognier, fermented in stainless steel to preserve its crisp fruitiness.
Green apple, lime, pineapple and hint of wild flowers on the nose leads into a deliciously mouthwatering palate, dry but with a nice round body. Effortlessly drinkable but with plenty of personality, especially considering the pricetag! One to drink with fish, grilled vegetables or simply enjoy a bottle with good company.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
