Culver is their Pinot Noir dominant blend taking up a massive 75% with 14% Pinot Meunier and 11% Chardonnay. Named after the cretaceous chalk strata that the vines are planted into, it shows the power and richness of its two red varieties, with an opulence and depth that helps it to pair wonderfully with food. An Extra Brut style with just 3g/L dosage, with the richness coming from the fruit rather than sugar, giving a beautifully bone dry finish.

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
