Presently under the stewardship of siblings Guy and Olivier, this estate encompasses 13 hectares of meticulously tended vineyards nestled within the core of Chablis. Their dedicated cultivation techniques ensure minimal yields, resulting in wines that exude rich expressions of fruit.
This is a very classic style of Chablis that is elegant and lively with a broad range of citrus and mineral characters on the palate. Plenty of fresh fruit and white floral notes are followed by dried fruit on the long balanced finish

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
