A single estate Armagnac producer, the Vignoli family of Domaine Laguille control production at every step from vineyard to bottle, ensuring brandy of the highest quality. They use a blend of the traditional varieties Ugni Blanc and Baco.
Their VSOP is a very smooth and refined spirit, having aged for a minimum of 4 years in oak barrels, averaging around 6 years of age in the blend. Aromas of quince, vanilla and orange peel lead to a gentle palate with a long creamy finish marked by hints of oaky spice.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
