Coming from the Pays D'Oc in southern France this is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, 75% and Vermentino, 25% (also known as Rolle). Its full of exotic fruit from the Vermentino which is balanced by the fresh acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
