The company's name, inspired by the word ‘brindis’—which means to raise one’s glass in a toast—reflects our mission over the past 30 years: to toast and celebrate the diverse cultures, landscapes, and exceptional foods of Spain. Founded by Monika Linton at a time when knowledge of Spanish gastronomy was almost non-existent in the UK, the business started with her strong belief that the foods she cherished in Spain deserved a broader audience.
A traditional Spanish bar snack, habas are broad beans that have been gently fried in small batches, and spiced with smoked hot paprika. Savoury, with a touch of heat and smokiness, these satisfying snacks are filled with plant food protein and nutrients.
Perelló Spicy Broad Beans can be eaten like a crisp, or experiment by adding habas as a crunchy topping to salads.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Sourcing Stock

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
