Frédéric Julien, formerly Vice-President of the Cooperative Cellar of Rasteau, embarked on his own winemaking journey in 2017 in the Vaucluse village. Naming his estate after the Gramiller section of the AOC, renowned for its diverse soils, Julien cultivates 2.5 hectares of vines there. With a total of 15 hectares spread across five distinct plots, Julien has championed organic farming for over two decades, emphasizing harmony with nature over opposition to it.

His wines, characterized by precision and minimal intervention, reflect his philosophy. Employing only a minimal dose of SO2 for estate bottlings and none at all for the Cuvées Natures, Julien's focus remains on the purity of the fruit. His no-SO2 cuvées showcase unparalleled purity and consistency, earning acclaim even from staunch critics of natural wine.

Coeur de Raisin cuvée, a blend of Alicante and Grenache, epitomizes this dedication to fruit expression. Bursting with flavours reminiscent of summer pudding, it presents a delightful array of berries, cherries, and floral nuances, accented by hints of orange zest, violets, and tea-infused fruits. Despite its deep purple hue, the wine is refreshingly juicy, with subtle herbal undertones and gentle tannins.
