Native Assyrtiko combined with a dash of Sauvignon Blanc to create a delicious wine with notes of acacia flowers, honey, and tropical citrus fruits.
The palate is creamy and well-balanced, with a refreshing acidity and subtle mineral undertones. This organic wine is fermented and matured in large acacia barrels, which imparts a delicate touch of oak and enhances its complexity. A great Greek wine!

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
