This isn’t your typical Cognac! it's handcrafted, small-batch, artisanal, and exquisite! Made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes grown on a 7-hectare estate in the premier Grand Champagne 1er Cru area, this Cognac stands apart from mass-produced varieties. Every step is done by hand, with no automation in sight. Using two traditional copper pot stills (18 and 25 hl), the wine is distilled on fine lees, and the cut is meticulously selected by hand to capture the finest flavours. A truly remarkable and delicious experience!

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
