The Chardonnay vineyards hail from the Robertson and Darling regions, with the former celebrated for its limestone-rich soils, while the latter displays a unique geographical imprint of decomposed granite soils found along the edge of the cold Atlantic Ocean.

In the glass, this wine exudes a refined light golden straw hue, accompanied by a fine and lively mousse, showcasing remarkable complexity on the nose.
