Taking it back a few centuries to the 1800s, Adelphi distillery have been supplying the nation with delicious whisky for almost 200 years. Still in the hands of the original family, they have been at the forefront of modern whisky production and this particular batch is a 50/50 mix of peated and unpeated spirit, made with a split of 65% bourbon and 35% sherry cask matured whisky and bottled at 46.8%. The flavours of salted popcorn, charred marshmallows and dark chocolate will transport you to simpler times.
