Thank you for choosing to buy you wines from us at Butlers. We do appreciate you and offer a loyalty scheme to all customers, but for this to work you need to log in and sign up. We reward you with wine bucks, which can be redeemed against purchases.
Our reduced team is currently quite stretched keeping the business going and currently will not have time to manually add loyalty onto each individual customer.
We have written the below to try and make the process clear.
If you are an existing customer ordering online. Please log in via the button on the top bar on the home page. This will automatically then synchronise with your shop account.
You can also sign onto your account by clicking the rewards box on the right hand corner of our homepage:

If you are a new customer ordering online. While on the home page, please press the rewards button on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. This will allow you to enter a few simple details to open an account. Once completed please log in and loyalty points will be added to your account each order you place. You will be sent an automated email which you must respond to to open your account, it is a simple click on a link process. This will enable you to earn loyalty points.
We are trying to keep everything as simple as possible during this difficult situation.
